Before advising organizations on innovation, workforce development, and entrepreneurial ecosystems, I spent more than a decade building businesses rooted in design, sustainability, and international supply chains.

Founding and leading two luxury ventures required navigating every stage of business development—from product creation and global sourcing to branding, partnerships, operations, and customer experience. Working directly with artisans and manufacturers across multiple countries reinforced a lasting belief that successful businesses create value not only for customers, but also for the communities that support them.
